Customer can cancel the
tutoring lessons for any reason at any time they wish.
Payments for the tutoring lessons are made one month in
advance. The Customer need to cancel at least one month in
advance by sending email to billing department in order to
stop the recurring payment or subscription after
discontinuing the classes. For non-recurring payments no
subscription cancellation is required, however customer need
to inform Iqra Inc. so that the Tutor knows about it. If the
Customer discontinue the classes and are charged for month
in which no class was taken then Customer need to contact
the billing department for refund. Iqra will refund the
payments for the month(s) in which no classes were taken.
